Non-Refundable Fees
- Refund processing costs: When you make a purchase, we incur fees from card networks and payment partners. The networks often retain these fees even if you request a refund. Therefore, they cannot be refunded to us and are deducted from your refunded amount.
- Credit/debit card and refund processing costs: The costs associated with processing your initial purchase and any subsequent refund are non-refundable.
- Agreement to policy: By purchasing our products, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that it is final and not subject to further questioning, judgment, or legal action.
Support Policy
- Dedicated support: We stand by our products and offer dedicated support to customers with active licenses. This includes assistance with troubleshooting issues and resolving incompatibilities.
- Free copies and expired licenses: Unfortunately, we cannot provide free support for copies without valid licenses or licenses that have expired. To access our support team, you will need to purchase a new license or renew your existing one.
Refund Policy from PayPal
Fee retention on refunds: Effective May 7, 2019, PayPal no longer refunds the original fees charged to sellers when they issue refunds to buyers. This applies to both full and partial refunds and refunds issued after lost PayPal disputes.
